Facilities Maintenance Technician – Join Millerbernd Manufacturing on the Circular Products (CP) team in Sauk Rapids, MN.

This role helps maintain all MMC facilities to ensure a safe, clean, clutter‑free, and functional environment year‑round.

Base pay: $22.95/hr – $27.00/hr (Non‑Exempt). In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.

Location:

Sauk Rapids, MN

Shift: 1st shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Shift Differential: 1st shift – N/A.

• Prepare surfaces to paint various structures and equipment (walls, doors, floors, etc.) to maintain a safe, comfortable work environment.
• Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks including replacement of light bulbs, fixing leaks in faucets and drains, and unclogging drains.
• Install, reposition, and remount modular office equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities‑related equipment.
• Assess HVAC problems, resolve the issue or, when necessary, escalated to a supervisor.
• Perform work in accordance with all safe work practices and company policies.
• Participate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Preferred:
  High School diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a maintenance or repair role. Other combinations of formal training and experience will be considered.
• Experience with forklifts or ability to become certified in forklift operation.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics.
• Demonstrated work experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
