Production Manager – Restoration & Mitigation

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily field operations for water, fire, and mold restoration projects. This role will lead mitigation teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage job schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

• Manage daily mitigation and restoration field operations.
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop field technicians.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain accurate job schedules, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

• 3–5 years of experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience with water damage restoration; fire and mold restoration experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in field operations or mitigation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• WRT certification preferred; candidates may obtain it after joining.
