Overview
Two BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologists sought to join a team in Michigan's upper peninsula. Experienced support team in the clinic and infusion department, including on-site managers and patient coordinators.
ul>Team of three physicians will cover the Sault Ste. Marie location as well as one day per week clinic in Newberry (50 minute drive) and four days per week in St. Ignace (45 minute drive). Option for a physician to live in St. Ignace and have that location be their primary clinic site. The team will cross‑cover for one another during vacations, etc.
All three locations have infusion services. Inpatient care will only take place in Sault. All locations have an even split between oncology and hematology. Weekly tumor board through the system with access to Michigan Medicine specialists.
