Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain financial records and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping
systems.
 Post journal entries and reconcile accounts related to livestock, dairy, and crop operations
 Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments for agricultural products
 Manage accounts payable and receivable
 Perform bank deposits and reconciliations
 Assist with payroll for farm workers, including seasonal staff
 Track inventory costs for feed, seeds, fertilizers, and supplies
 Compile financial data and assist in preparing reports
 Verify financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
 Support audits and maintain organized documentation

 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 Good organizational and time management skills
 Ability to handle confidential financial information
 Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
 Proficient in basic computer applications and accounting software
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
