• Maintain financial records and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts related to livestock, dairy, and crop operations
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments for agricultural products
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank deposits and reconciliations
• Assist with payroll for farm workers, including seasonal staff
• Track inventory costs for feed, seeds, fertilizers, and supplies
• Compile financial data and assist in preparing reports
• Verify financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Support audits and maintain organized documentation

• Dependable and trustworthy with strong work ethics
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in basic computer applications and accounting software
