Become the Wawa Camp Coordinator with Alamos Gold, overseeing operational readiness and camp services for the temporary camp. This role emphasizes communication and problem-solving to ensure a smooth operation.

As the Wawa Camp Coordinator, you will report to the Phase 3+ Project Director, leading the coordination of the temporary camp for approximately 6 to 12 months. Your main responsibility will be acting as a liaison between the Owner's team and the camp contractor, validating operational readiness and facilitating logistics. Utilize your hospitality and administration experience to resolve issues and oversee the camp's adherence to Alamos Gold’s policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the Owner’s team and camp management contractor

• Validate contractor’s operational readiness and startup

• Coordinate logistics and reservations for personnel mobilization

• Monitor contractor’s performance against standards

• Prepare camp status and occupancy reports

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in hospitality with public interface

• 3-5 years of administration experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
