Support the Food Services Department as an Office Assistant, focusing on data entry, billing, and report maintenance. This role is vital for efficient departmental operations and communication.

In this Office Assistant position, you will provide crucial clerical support to the Food Services Department manager and staff. Your daily tasks will involve utilizing word processing software for document management, maintaining accurate filing systems, and preparing various financial reports. Efficiency and organization are essential in managing the workload in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proof-read various types of documents

• Organize, photocopy, and collate files for distribution

• Maintain both manual and computerized inventory systems

• Generate monthly reports and supply costing details

• Perform additional assigned tasks to support the team

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration or similar field

• Prior experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft software and hospital applications

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus
