Lead camp operations at Alamos Gold as the Wawa Camp Coordinator, managing service delivery and operational readiness. This temporary position is suited for those with strong organizational skills.

As the Wawa Camp Coordinator, reporting to the Phase 3+ Project Director, you will oversee camp operations for an anticipated duration of 6 to 12 months.

Your role is crucial in acting as a liaison between the Owner’s team and the camp contractor, ensuring compliance with Alamos Gold’s policies and effective service delivery. Adaptability and communication will be key in resolving camp-related issues swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison for all camp activities

• Ensure the contractor is ready for operational startup

• Coordinate camp capacity with personnel mobilization

• Monitor performance against established standards

• Conduct inspections of facilities and report findings

Requirements:

• Hospitality industry experience of 5-10 years

• 3-5 years of administrative background

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving talent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
