This permanent, full-time position will see you managing several high-profile heavy civil projects simultaneously. Your expertise in construction management and project execution will help ensure all activities adhere to safety, quality, and budgetary constraints. You will lead project teams, develop project plans, and mentor junior coordinators, fostering a culture of safety and excellence on every site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of multiple heavy civil projects

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Lead site visits to ensure adherence to project timelines

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in project management in heavy civil

• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations
