About the Position: No previous experience is required

. This is a hands-on position working outdoors as part of a crew involved in poleline and related construction work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to perform manual labour
- Able to work safely as part of a team
- Operating heavy equipment, including loaders and excavators
- Rock drilling
- Powerline or poleline construction
- Construction or other industrial experience
