Registered Dental Hygienist

An independent, family dental office in Sault Ste. Marie, ON
, is looking for a team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team of around ten people. The right person, whether they have experience or are a new grad
, is a good team player, energized, committed, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and provide excellent patient care. This position is a 12-month maternity leave contract that could potentially be extended to an 18-month contract.

Schedule

• Mondays: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Tuesdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage: $45-$58/hour, based on experience and skill-set.
• Benefits package to be discussed, including: dental coverage provided by the office, drug coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, employer-matched pension plan, bi-annual bonuses, and uniform allowance.

Requirements

• Valid dental hygiene license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a team towards a common goal.
• Strong attention to detail and a patient-oriented approach.
