As a Career Development Coordinator, you will engage with students to identify their interests and provide guidance on future career options. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will implement comprehensive student support programs and facilitate career exploration activities. Your leadership and advocacy will be key in ensuring students receive equitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate career readiness and mentorship programs

• Work with students to develop Educational Development Plans

• Coordinate events to promote community and family involvement

• Track student participation in career-related activities

• Advocate for underrepresented youth in career opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with career technical programs

• Capability to lead in fast-paced settings

• Valid driver's license preferred
