Elevate early childhood education as a Bilingual Pedagogical Lead in Elliot Lake and Blind River, Ontario. Support licensed childcare programs by mentoring staff and enhancing curriculum practices.

We are looking for four passionate individuals to lead educational programs in our childcare centers. As a Pedagogical Lead, you will mentor educators, implement policies and curriculum, and facilitate team sessions for continuous improvement. Your knowledge of early learning frameworks and child development will be key in inspiring teachers and driving positive educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor educators through coaching and feedback

• Implement curriculum and quality standards effectively

• Collaborate with management on growth action plans

• Support staff onboarding and professional development

• Ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies

Requirements:

• Registered Early Childhood Educator in good standing

• Bilingual in French and English

• Minimum three years experience in licensed childcare

• Background in instructional design and content development

• Strong communication and organizational skills
