Position: Roadway Construction Administrator with AECOM
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Be a crucial part of AECOM's team as a Roadway Construction Contract Administrator in Sudbury, ON. This on-site full-time position focuses on MTO projects and enhances your civil engineering experience.

In this vital role, you'll support the Project Management team by reviewing RFIs, ensuring that projects stay within budget, and adhering to specifications. Your responsibilities include utilizing project management software to track updates and attending meetings to communicate progress on tasks. You'll monitor contractor performance and required design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFIs and manage change orders for projects

• Ensure project costs align with budgets and specifications

• Update and maintain document control and management systems

• Conduct meetings and provide updates on project tasks

• Track contractor and sub-contractor progress and activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, 4 years' MTO experience

• Civil Engineering Technology diploma, 6 years' MTO experience

• OACETT or PEng registration in Ontario

• Successful completion of T131 training

• Familiarity with CMS preferred
