Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of mining plans in alignment with KPIs

• Monitor performance against production targets

• Conduct incident investigations and promote safety

• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams

• Optimize equipment utilization for better productivity

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent experience

• 10-15 years in underground mining operations

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity

• In-depth understanding of mining methods and planning

• Training in supervisory roles preferred
