Become the Manager of Human Resources eph's General Hospital Elliot Lake and help shape the future of our healthcare team. Oversee HR operations and enhance employee experiences in a community-driven environment.

This leadership role requires collaboration with various managers to improve HR practices. Reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day HR functions and lead an effective human resources team. Ideal candidates will possess a solid HR foundation and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily human resources operations and initiatives

• Advise managers on HR matters and best practices

• Manage and support the HR team effectively

• Contribute to HR project planning and execution

• Enhance patient-centered employee engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR Management or similar

• CHRL or CHRP designation is preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in a multi-union HR context

• Background in healthcare is desirable

• Equivalent experience or education may be considered
