Elevate OLG's cybersecurity landscape as the Cybersecurity Executive. This pivotal role ensures a robust enterprise-wide cybersecurity program while supporting overall business functions and innovation.

The Vice President of Cybersecurity and Information Security Officer will oversee all security operations and prioritize cyber risks. Collaborating closely with corporate risk and regulatory bodies, you will influence security strategies and enhance team capabilities. This role enables you to lead and innovate while protecting critical assets throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks

• Build high-performing teams dedicated to security

• Report cybersecurity risks clearly to leadership

• Foster a ‘secure by design’ culture across the organization

• Manage departmental budgets and resources

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification preferred

• Experience in executive-level communication

• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
