Executive Leader in Cybersecurity

Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Drive enterprise cybersecurity as Vice President, Cyber and Information Security Officer. Lead strategic initiatives in risk management while developing a strong security culture.

This senior role centers on implementing a forward-looking cybersecurity strategy that aligns with business priorities. You will manage IT risks, oversee security operations, and foster team development within cybersecurity. Engage with external partners and internal teams to deliver impactful security awareness and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity programs

• Identify and manage cybersecurity and IT risks

• Foster a secure-by-design culture in the organization

• Oversee training programs for security awareness

• Build and lead skilled cybersecurity teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 10+ years in leadership and cybersecurity roles

• Proven ability to design enterprise cybersecurity programs

• Strong executive communication capabilities

• AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (conditional)
