Join MSC Industrial Supply Co. as a Full-Time Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective inventory management in Ontario. Your expertise will drive successful VMI implementations.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain optimal inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include unpacking orders, adjusting stock levels, and collaborating with sales associates. Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage technology will be key in ensuring customer needs are met with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Vendor Managed Inventory solutions for customers

• Maintain accurate stock levels and generate new orders

• Provide feedback to sales representatives for customer satisfaction

• Unpack and check accuracy of shipments at customer locations

• Contribute to special projects when required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Experience in customer service and supply chain preferred

• Solid computer skills for reporting and tracking

• Valid driver's license needed for extensive travel

• Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
