Position: On-Site Seasonal Labourer at Ledcor
Location: Blind River

We are looking for committed individuals for seasonal maintenance roles across Ontario Highways. You will engage in flagging tasks, lawn maintenance, and overall facility upkeep while honing your skills with excellent training opportunities. This hands-on position connects you to your local community while offering career growth within Ledcor’s esteemed infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct flagging duties on roads and highways

• Maintain and care for parks and public spaces

• Mow lawns and control vegetation growth

• Complete general labour and maintenance activities

• Assist in housekeeping and organizational tasks

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

• Must hold a valid G driver’s license

• Provide a recent driver’s abstract

• Prior snow maintenance experience beneficial

• Preference will be given to local candidates
