Location: Sault Ste. Marie

As a Reliability Manager, you will coordinate condition assessments, develop maintenance programs, and support a skilled team in achieving operational excellence.
Your role will include maintaining critical equipment histories and driving the implementation of best practices in predictive and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and standardize proactive maintenance practices
• Oversee recordkeeping and plant-wide inspection follow-ups
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach maintenance technicians through skill development
• Participate in annual maintenance budgeting and planning
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Strong communication skills for team engagement
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance software
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
