Temporary Services Manager at CLA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational tasks across assigned locations

• Provide leadership and support to staff and clients

• Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies

• Develop staffing plans in collaboration with Workforce Planning

• Oversee documentation and budget tracking

Requirements:

• University or college degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human services

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Proficiency in Windows and Office applications

• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle access
