Levert is building a talent pipeline of reliable, safety-focused Skilled Labourers to support current and future opportunities at mining operations in Dubreuilville. These positions focus on hands-on support of process plant operations, with exposure to crushing, conveying, and material handling systems, in an active mining environment.
Roles are typically based at the process plant, but not limited to and require strong mechanical aptitude, physical capability, and a solid commitment to safety.

Role Overview
Skilled Labourers in our talent pipeline may be responsible for supporting overall process plant operations
, with exposure to crushing, conveying, and material handling systems
, through a variety of hands-on and technical tasks, including:
• Assisting with day-to-day operation and monitoring of process plant equipment
• Supporting equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks
• Performing visual inspections of equipment, conveyors, and material flow
• Assisting with routine maintenance on conveyors and plant components
• Adjusting feed rates and monitoring material flow to support stable operations
• Verifying lubrication systems and reporting irregularities
• Removing debris and maintaining clear, safe work areas
• Assisting with unblocking equipment and clearing conveyor chutes when required
• Operating mobile equipment to support plant and mill operations (where trained)
• Maintaining strong housekeeping standards throughout the process plant
• Supporting cleaning and general labour tasks during shifts
• Working closely with operators, maintenance, and supervision
• Following all safety procedures and participating in safety meetings and inspections
• Completing other duties as assigned by the Mill Supervisor
What You Need
• Completion of Levert training modules
• Required safety tickets: WHMIS, Health & Safety Awareness
• Common Core (mandatory)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Respiratory Fit Test
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening and Background Check
• Comfortable working indoors at the process plant, with occasional outdoor work
• Physically fit for hands-on, labour-intensive work
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
