In the Team Member role at Triple M Metal, you will handle various ferrous and non-ferrous metals, playing a significant part in our recycling operations. You'll need to keep your work area orderly while using equipment like forklifts or skid steers, for which prior experience is beneficial but not essential. Your work will help us meet operational objectives and maintain our top-tier industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and sort ferrous/non-ferrous metals for processing

• Maintain a clean and ordered work environment

• Use counterbalance forklift or skid steer as needed

• Process metals by commodity and eliminate non-conforming materials

• Undergo a criminal background check for hiring

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in production or warehouse

• Preferred knowledge in operating forklifts or skid steers

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Availability from Monday to Friday and potential Saturdays

• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
