A critical thinker and effective communicator, you will streamline operations and adapt production levels based on business data and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated team in baking from scratch daily

• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards within the bakery

• Set and monitor production schedules to optimize output

• Follow recipes and ensure product quality and consistency

• Develop team skills through effective training and support

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a bakery or food production role

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Eagerness to learn bakery operations and methods

• Experience in providing excellent customer service
