This position at our facility does not require prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training. Your tasks will include monitoring product quality, operating equipment for cutting and shaping rubber materials, and making adjustments to ensure conformance with specifications. The role is highly hands-on and offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in rubber assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and check quality of rubber products

• Prepare rubber materials for assembly processes

• Operate machines to cut and shape rubber materials

• Perform inspections on finished products for defects
