Step into a pivotal role as a Material Handler in Elliot Lake. Work onsite to manage materials using forklifts and support production with precision and care.
You will work shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime to boost your income. This role involves operating equipment for loading and unloading, maintaining inventory through SAP, and assisting in the cutting and measuring of materials. Your commitment to a zero harm workplace will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts for safe material handling
• Manage accurate inventory using SAP records
• Cut and measure materials for shop preparation
• Understand production needs and stage items accordingly
• Commit to a strong safety culture with zero incidents
Requirements:
• Proven forklift operation experience required
• Computer proficiency, especially with SAP systems
• Strong ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
• Hands-on skills for tool usage in fabricating materials
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
