Part Time Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

Location: Wawa

Deliver compassionate care as a part time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Para Med Home Health Care in Ontario. Manage patient needs through scheduled community visits and support.

In this community nursing role, you'll provide essential care for patients of all ages. Work within your scope under the guidance of RNs for more complex cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled home visits for patient care

• Provide safe and ethical nursing services

• Utilize assessment tools for patient evaluations

• Monitor and adjust care plans as necessary

• Maintain accurate patient records and care notes

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as an RPN in good standing

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Previous community care experience preferred

• Flexibility to travel for patient needs

• On-call availability required for patient support
