Nurse Practitioner in Primary Health Care

Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Step into an impactful role as a Nurse Practitioner within Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services in Batchewana First Nation. This full-time position encompasses both remote and on-site care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care and health assessments

• Collaborate with team members in interdisciplinary health services

• Manage electronic medical records diligently

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing and certification as Nurse Practitioner

• 3-5 years' work experience as Nurse Practitioner

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as RN(EC)

• Preferable experience with Indigenous communities

• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities
