Position: Infection Control Lead / Nursing Leader Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement the home's IPAC program

• Collaborate with Public Health on disease outbreaks

• Ensure adherence to regulatory health standards

• Mentor and support nursing staff for clinical excellence

• Conduct infection surveillance and quality audits

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with CNO

• Leadership experience in Long-Term Care or similar

• Knowledge of infection prevention and control

• Strong organizational and mentorship skills

• Collaborative passion for improving resident-centered care
