In this important role, you will report to the Executive Director of Nursing and provide planned, goal-directed nursing care. Your skills in patient assessments, medication administration, and care coordination will be integral to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans

• Perform clinical assessments and accurate documentation

• Administer medications and treatments per regulations

• Educate residents and families on care processes

• Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in residents

Requirements:

• Current Ontario RPN registration

• Experience in senior care settings preferred

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
