Lead Archaeological Supervisor at AECOM

Step into leadership with AECOM as an Archaeological Field Supervisor in London, Ontario. This role demands expertise in managing archaeological field assessments with several supervisors needed.

We are looking for experienced Archaeological Field Supervisors I to IV at AECOM's Canadian offices. Successful candidates should possess a diploma or certificate with at least four years of relevant experience and a valid Research License. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities will be essential for directing field teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct archaeological field teams

• Conduct assessments under strict timelines

• Perform precise data recording using advanced technology

• Ensure safety and compliance with AECOM procedures

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate + 4 years of field experience

• Valid research license by Ontario MCM

• Experience in supervising fieldwork independently

• Capacity to handle demanding outdoor conditions

• Awareness of Indigenous culture and safety practices
