Overview
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities
The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 21. Must have a flexible schedule. Must have prior retail management experience. Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Employment Information
The store is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer; the independent owner/operator will be your employer and bear responsibility for employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
