Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers choose the right instruments and equipment

• Explain product features and provide recommendations

• Stay informed about inventory and store procedures

• Handle phone inquiries and customer follow-ups

• Assist in store maintenance and operations

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in playing at least one instrument

• Willing to work across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities

• Committed and energetic with a good work ethic

• Retail or sales experience preferred
