Hickory Farms is seeking a Store Manager or Brand Champion to oversee one of our kiosks. This role focuses on sales, guest interaction, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. You'll be responsible for training associates, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals while adhering to our high company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent guest service and shopping experiences

• Manage staffing and training for your kiosk

• Oversee product stocking and kiosk presentation

• Implement company policies and loss prevention strategies

• Lead by example in delivering daily gourmet sampling services

Requirements:

• Previous management or sales experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills required

• Must pass a background check

• Ability to lift 20-35 pounds regularly

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays
