Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through phone and email daily

• Efficiently process orders, inquiries, and quotations

• Confirm stock and propose alternatives to customers

• Conduct follow-up calls to generate additional sales

• Provide support for e-commerce inquiries

Requirements:

• At least two years of inside sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills

• Competent multitasking and time management skills

• AS400 knowledge is beneficial

• Familiarity with electrical products is required
