Key Responsibilities:

• Complete financial assistance applications and participant agreements

• Provide guidance for developing action plan goals

• Utilize Social Assistance Management System for data input

• Conduct initial interviews for eligibility assessments

• Monitor ongoing financial eligibility through reviews

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Sciences or related field

• Minimum one year experience in Social Services

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of community resources and regulations

• Proficient in both official languages is an asset
