Position: Front End Developer Contract Role at OLG
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Join OLG as a Front End Developer and take charge of implementing front-end features. This contract role focuses on building robust applications with modern web technologies.

In this 6-month contract, you will collaborate across teams, using your 5+ years of experience to enhance user interfaces for OLG Digital.

Your role will involve working with Adobe Experience Manager and crafting accessible single-page applications using Vue.js or React. You'll take ownership of technical solutions and ensure they align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners to define business requirements

• Lead sessions for integrating complex capabilities into web experiences

• Build accessible and high-performing front-end applications

• Provide mentoring and conduct peer code reviews

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience

• Strong experience with AEM 6.5+

• Expertise in JavaScript and modern JS frameworks

• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices

• Familiarity with API integrations and web performance optimization
