As a Residential Collection Driver, you will handle designated routes, proficiently managing loading and compacting waste materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive collection trucks on designated routes

• Load and compact materials appropriately

• Perform vehicle inspections and report issues

• Adhere to quality and safety standards daily

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and manage waste items

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid Commercial Driver's License required

• One year of relevant driving experience or CDL certificate

• Must meet safety criteria for driving functions

• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
