A fantastic opportunity awaits as a Truck and Coach Mechanic joining the Highway Maintenance team. Focus on the maintenance and repair of essential heavy-duty trucks and support vehicles, ensuring road safety throughout the community.

This position requires a skilled technician with a 310T Truck and Coach ticket or equivalent credentials. You will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on trucks, loaders, and equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Your role will have a direct impact on community infrastructure and safety through steadfast machinery upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and emergency repairs on heavy trucks

• Follow detailed inspection and maintenance guidelines

• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly

• Engage with safety initiatives faithfully

• Travel to various operational sites as necessary

Requirements:

• 310T Truck and Coach ticket or Red Seal ticket required

• Previous experience with highway maintenance equipment

• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

• Ability to interpret technical documentation

• Demonstrated capability to work independently
