Ontario Grader Operator at Ledcor

Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Ideal candidates will bring at least three years of experience in heavy machinery. You will be responsible for maintaining safety on highways, navigating various weather conditions, and following a shift or on-call schedule. Ledcor believes in safety and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grader and related heavy equipment

• Ensure year-round maintenance of Ontario highways

• Work outdoors and adapt to weather changes

• Travel as required between shop locations

• Handle general maintenance tasks on equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in heavy equipment operation

• Provide a current 3-year driver’s abstract

• Snowplow truck operational experience preferred

• AZ or DZ license beneficial but not mandatory

• Previous highway maintenance experience is a plus
