Your primary responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment, particularly graders, for the maintenance of Ontario Provincial Highways. Ideal applicants should have significant hands-on experience and be proficient in equipment maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Grader and other specified heavy equipment

• Ensure Ontario highways are safe year-round

• Execute general maintenance tasks on equipment

• Be available for travel between shops

• Work outside in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ heavy equipment experience

• Provide a copy of a valid 3-year driver’s abstract

• Operating experience with snowplow trucks preferred

• AZ or DZ driver’s license is beneficial

• Prior experience in highway maintenance is an asset
