Be a part of Ledcor Highways Ltd. as a Winter Seasonal Operator based in Sault Ste. Marie. This part-time role focuses on highway maintenance with various heavy equipment during the winter months.

Ledcor Highways is looking for dedicated individuals who can help maintain Ontario's highways through safe and effective operation of snowplows and other heavy machinery. Working conditions will require handling physically demanding tasks while ensuring road safety. You must hold a valid AZ or DZ license and be prepared for varied weather challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment like snowplow trucks and wheel loaders

• Perform maintenance on provincial highways, including pothole and bridge repairs

• Tackle tasks outside regardless of weather

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Submit a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract

• Experience with snowplow trucks is a plus
