As a Grader Operator at Ledcor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining safe roadways across Ontario. You will operate heavy machinery under varying weather conditions while also ensuring that essential equipment is in optimal working order. Your experience and commitment to quality work directly impact the community’s safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders and loaders efficiently

• Conduct maintenance on Ontario Provincial Highways

• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions

• Assist with general equipment maintenance

• Travel between locations as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with graders

• Provide a driver's abstract for the last 3 years

• Previous snowplow truck operation preferred

• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license is a plus

• Highway maintenance experience beneficial
