You will serve as a central point of contact for operational users, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate incident resolution to sustain mission continuity.
This role combines direct user support with technical experience across Linux, containerized environments, cloud deployments, and Dev Sec Ops . It requires rotating shift coverage and availability for call‑in support when critical operational issues arise.
