Assess patient needs and monitor clinical conditions, including vital signs and treatment responses. Administer medications, vaccines, and manage point-of-care testing procedures. Perform routine health assessments and record medical histories using electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management strategies. Manage clinic organization, ensuring a clean, stocked, and well-maintained environment.

All submission requirements must be met, including valid licensure and BLS certification.

Valid and active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the U.S. High School Diploma or GED required Certification in BLS required (expiration at least 30 days after start date)
