We’re partnering with a successful, family-owned company to find a sharp and dependable Assistant Project Manager. You’ll support one of the company owners directly—managing schedules, crunching data, and coordinating multiple projects with precision and professionalism.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. Bonus points if you're eager to learn CAD!

• Manage scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
• Enter and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Generate and run various business reports
• Assist with project coordination and tracking across departments
• Juggle multiple administrative priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and external clients
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn CAD software for future responsibilities

• Strong administrative background with multi-project coordination experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new tools (especially CAD)
