Stonewing Builders is an expanding general contractor specializing in ADA upgrades, capital improvements, education remodels and municipal construction. We are hiring a Sales Representative / Project Manager to cultivate leads, close projects, and guide jobs from contract to completion through clear and steady communication.
Responsibilities- Follow up on incoming leads and actively pursue new opportunities
- Develop scopes, estimates, and contracts for commercial and public clients
- Register and track leads, activities and projects through CRM (Pipedrive)
- Conduct site visits, consultations, and ADA walk-throughs
- Communicate timelines, schedules, and updates with clients throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams for execution
- Ensure client satisfaction, manage expectations, and support closeouts
- 3+ years in construction sales, project management, or estimating
- Experience with jobsite visits and walk-throughs
- Strong construction knowledge and the individual trades that make up the project
- Detail-oriented and strong communicator
- Significant marketing experience is a huge plus
- Proficient with CRM and proposal software (e.g., Hub Spot, Procore, or similar)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Proven success as a revenue-generating sales representative
- Driven, hard-working and high-integrity team player
- Starting as hourly, contract-to-hire: This position will begin as a W-9 hourly contractor role (rate DOE), with the opportunity to convert to a salaried employee position after a successful performance period
- Conversion timeline and terms to be discussed during the interview process
- Base Salary + Commission
