Press Operator

Apply for the Press Operator role at Silgan Container Co.

Pay: $27.41 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Shift: 6PM – 6AM.

• Inspect finished ends continuously and record the results of this inspection.
• Sleeve and properly pack the finished ends on the proper skid.
• Attach the proper end identification to the finished end packages.
• Change loads in Dexter feeder to minimize downtime.
• Assist the adjusters in the maintenance of department equipment.
• Train press operators under the direction of the shift supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• Can do, will do attitude.
