Fireplace Sales Associate

Glowing Hearth & Home is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Fireplace Sales Associate to join our Savage showroom. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well‑established, family‑owned company with over 23 years of experience in fireplace sales, installation, and service.

We are a leading fireplace company serving Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, specializing in gas, electric, and wood‑burning fireplaces, outdoor fireplaces, fire pit tables, and custom stonework. With four showrooms and strong builder partnerships, we are known for exceptional craftsmanship and customer service from concept to completion.

📍 Savage, MN | Full‑Time | On‑Site | 💰 Base Pay + Commission

• Guide customers through the fireplace selection process using a consultative sales approach
• Develop customized solutions based on each customer’s home, style, and project needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through order completion and follow‑up
• Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth project timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone
• Assist with showroom events, training, and inventory as needed

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (home improvement, appliances, or related fields preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Interest or knowledge in interior design or home remodeling trends is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or interior design is a plus
• Ability to work Saturdays
